Mary Meszaros
Cycle and Core Instructor

Mary is an ACE certified Group Exercise Instructor, Schwinn certified Cycling Instructor, certified Small Group Training Coach, and certified Yogafit & Pilates Instructor. She has 22 years experience in the fitness industry holding various positions from Group Fitness Instructor to Lifestyle & Wellness Coach. Her teaching style caters to all fitness levels, from the beginner to the most advanced, and she won’t let you leave the class without giving it your all- whether it’s climbing Mt Everest, sprinting on race day or finding your balance with Strength and Core. She recently relocated to Wesley Chapel from the NYC metro area. Mary’s fitness philosophy: “When it comes to fitness, I believe in the connection that exists between the mind, body and soul. Fitness is meant to work your body inside and out- to give you so much more than just a workout. If you want a challenge, I’m gonna give it to you. If you are just getting started on your fitness journey and need someone to show you the ropes, that’s what I’m here for. If you want to get rid of the “negative,” give me one class- we’ll get there together! So, let’s go! Join me on the bike.”

Tina Seager
Cycle and Core Instructor

I am a native Floridian from Hollywood, FL. I am married for 27 years and have 2 boys, ages 19 and 23. I am a veteran Group Fitness instructor going on 23 years of experience. My passion is coaching people to hit their goals in fitness and health. I am certified in Reebock cycling, Precision cycling, Bodypump, RPM, Bodystep, Bodyattack, Bodycombat, and CxWorx but currently teach CYCLING, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and CXWORX. These past 23 years have been the best years of my life. It has been so rewarding being part of this industry and seeing the lives I have touched and the lives I have changed. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them reach their goals in whatever fitness aspect that may be.

Kristen Tirado
Cycle Instructor

Kristen grew up being active in a variety of sports, but taking tennis seriously and to the college level. Living in Boston, she became hooked on indoor cycle in 2007 working in the sporting goods industry, where classes were offered on her lunch break. With the influence of others, she became MADD Dogg Spinning Certified in 2010, but shortly after moved to Tampa. Reconnecting with her passion for spinning in 2014, she is ready to motivate and challenge you to push yourself to the next fitness level! Join her for a ride and have fun jamming out to a variety of alternative rock, pop, and electronic music. Get ready to do some climbing because a slow seated climb is Kristen’s favorite burn!

Claire Johnson
Cycle and Yoga Instructor

Claire is certified in indoor cycling, NSCA Personal Training, 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Doe, and Pilates. In addition she have 25 years experience working in the fitness industry, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in education. Feel free to ask Claire any questions you might have about anything health and fitness related. She loves to talk and meet new people, don’t be shy. Join her for a bumpin strong roots ride, you’re sure to feel the beat in her class!

Amy Delattre
Cycle and Core Instructor, Trainer

I was born and raised in NY and have lived in New Tampa for 24 years. I’m an AFAA certified personal trainer and a Mad Dogg spin instructor for 17 years. My goal is to show my love of fitness in the classes I instruct. I strive to challenge class participants by encouraging and motivating them for a fun and uplifting experience. I pride myself in bringing enthusiastic workouts and music to my classes. My music ranges from old school hip hop and rock to the top hits of today. My class typically consists of interval training but with many variables mixed in. I love a good climb but almost always feel the need to sprint up that mountain! I like to bring variety to my classes so expect the unexpected. Core strength for me is the foundation to everything we do. I hope to challenge you in a well rounded class targeting the entire core including the back which can ail most adults at some point in our lives. I also look forward to group training, to continue the progress you’ve made but possibly challenge you in new ways. Come introduce yourself and join me in a meaningful experience in fitness.
